What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
Riding motorcycles with my sons and husband, cooking with my sons or reading books on the beach in Lake Tahoe.
Do you live by any words of wisdom?
Yes, in a couple of ways: Practicing gratitude by taking time to appreciate the good things in life and express gratitude for them. This helps cultivate a positive mindset and improve overall well-being. And I choose where I put my attention. Not everything is equally meaningful.
If you were a dog, what type of dog would you be and why?
I would be our dog, Tara. She is a mix of an Australian Shepherd and Border Collier. She is the kindest, loving, smart and loyal dog who protects her family with all her might. She is also very playful, patient, happy and never barks.

Probably a mix between a Chow-Chow and a Golden Retriever – depends on the day and circumstances! Independent, loyal, stubborn… but endlessly silly and devoted to my people.
