Share the details with our recruiters
Once we have a solid understanding of what you’re looking for, we pow-wow with our recruiting team to relay all pertinent info. They ask clarifying questions, talk through your desired qualifications, and discuss budget. Everything they need to know to get you the candidates you need.

Phone and/or video screenings with our recruiters
After our recruiters are armed with your job description and must-haves, they start screening. They learn about candidate’s Azure projects, tech stacks, and evaluate their soft skills while on the phone/video.

Submit candidates, gather feedback
Once we send over a batch of candidates, we welcome your feedback. What’s working? What’s lacking? Is there something you need clarified on a candidate’s experience? Feedback is crucial to uncovering the perfect match for your team, so don’t hold back!

Consistent communication through hiring process
While you’re our client, so are our candidates. Having a positive experience on both ends is of the utmost importance. This means many things, but usually centers around consistent communication.

Candidates in 48 hours
After we receive a job order from you, our recruiters are off to the races. You can expect qualified candidates within 48 hours – or less!

2:1 Interview-to-hire ratio
Once we get into a cadence, you can expect for every 2 people interviewed, you’ll want to hire one of them

Timely onboarding
Unless your company has unique and time-consuming onboarding tasks, you can expect to have your new hire onboarded and starting within two-three weeks from offer
